Who this guide is for
People planning an iMentoris learning budget for themselves, a family or an organisation.
Distinguish points from exchanged products
The iMentoris Learning Points wallet connects four subjects. Points are exchanged for a course product before lessons are arranged. The confirmed product rules make a completed exchange irreversible. Reallocating unexchanged points does not mean that an exchanged course can be freely turned back into wallet points. Account permissions and the written proposal determine the details.
Calculate from learning you can actually use
Obtain the total price, points, eligible products, lesson count and duration together. Total price divided by usable lesson hours can help a comparison, but gifted-lesson conditions, product restrictions and likely unused portions also matter. This guide does not invent a universal point price, fixed exchange rate or subject conversion table.
Read validity and cancellation separately
Points and exchanged products have their own validity periods; do not assume one expiry date covers both. The current product truth states that cancelling at least four hours before class returns the booked lesson, while a later cancellation is deducted. That is not a promise to reverse the product exchange. Confirm current written terms, extensions and refunds before purchasing.
Try a concrete task
Compare proposals using total price, eligible products, lessons you expect to use, duration and expiry dates. A larger number of conditional gifted lessons is not necessarily lower cost when the available times do not suit you. This is a comparison method, not a quotation.
Before choosing a course
- Identify the product being exchanged and the irreversible-exchange rule.
- List point validity and product validity separately.
- Compare against a realistic plan and keep the written quotation and terms.
Common questions
Is one point equal to one lesson?
Do not assume that. Check the formal product exchange and duration rules.
Does cancelling a lesson refund wallet points?
The current rule concerns returning an eligible booked lesson. It does not establish a reversible exchange or a points refund.
Why is there no universal subject price here?
Unconfirmed prices and conversion tables are not invented. Ask for the written proposal applicable to your product and region.
